Let’s write this chapter together. Let’s break down the barriers, support each other and take each challenge as an opportunity to be the best we can be.

We would like to introduce our 90-Day Fitness Challenge – 2013. What makes our Fitness Challenge worthwhile? Our 90-Day Fitness Challenge is a fun way to workout, reach your goals and meet new friends. As children, we loved playing together. As teenagers, our lives revolved around our friends. Now as adults, we still enjoy activities with our buddies, but feel like life doesn’t give us many opportunities to do so. Working-out with others helps us stay motivated, rejuvenate our youth and keep active while building friendships.
